3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC). As required by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, dailywin conducts KYC verification on all player accounts prior to processing any withdrawal. Accepted forms of Philippine government-issued identification include, but are not limited to: Philippine Passport, UMID Card, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, and Driver's License issued by the LTO. dailywin reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dailywin login credentials. You agree to notify dailywin immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. dailywin shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account that occurs before you notify us of a security breach.
3.4 Duplicate Accounts. Operating more than one dailywin account is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts associated with the same individual will be suspended immediately, all bonus winnings will be voided, and the matter may be referred to PAGCOR.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on the dailywin platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). No foreign currency deposits or withdrawals are accepted.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. dailywin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through PAGCOR-approved payment channels including GCash, Maya / PayMaya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The availability of specific payment channels may change from time to time.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount at dailywin is ₱100. Minimum and maximum transaction limits for specific payment channels are displayed at the point of transaction in the dailywin Cashier.
4.4 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, subject to KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified accounts are typically processed within 3–5 minutes for GCash and Maya. dailywin reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal, and may delay processing where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. dailywin is obligated to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. Unusual transaction patterns may be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. We reserve the right to request documentation to establish the source of funds for any deposit.
5.1 General. From time to time, dailywin may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other promotional offers to eligible players. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is made available.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier and any game contribution restrictions will be specified in the promotion terms. Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. Any player found to be exploiting bonuses through collusion, use of multiple accounts, systematic abuse of bonus mechanics, or any other form of dishonest play will have their bonus winnings voided and their account suspended. dailywin reserves the right to determine in its sole discretion what constitutes bonus abuse.
5.4 Modification. dailywin reserves the right to alter, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without notice, provided that any such modification does not affect bets already accepted under the promotion's terms.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the dailywin platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of the relevant game only.
6.2 RNG and Fair Play. All RNG-based games on dailywin use certified random number generation software that is independently tested and audited annually. The results of all games are determined at the moment of play and cannot be altered retrospectively.
6.3 Technical Failures. In the event of a technical failure, network interruption, or software malfunction during a game round, dailywin will use available server-side records to determine the outcome. If a reliable outcome cannot be established, the affected bet will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account.
6.4 Disputes. All bet settlement decisions made by dailywin are final and binding unless a clear administrative error can be demonstrated. Dispute submissions must be made in writing to our support team within 30 days of the disputed event.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, dailywin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
dailywin's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or any use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
dailywin does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical issues. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily interrupt service, and dailywin shall use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize such interruptions.
dailywin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to players via a notice on the dailywin platform or by email to your registered address at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or PAGCOR directive.
Your continued use of the dailywin platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform before the amendment takes effect.
These Terms and all matters arising from your use of the dailywin platform are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between you and dailywin shall be submitted to the dispute resolution process established by PAGCOR, and thereafter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
You agree that any claim arising under these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after the event giving rise to the claim occurred, failing which the claim shall be permanently barred.
